These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you represent) and Seranova Enterprise LLP ("we", "us") for the use of SellerZero at sellerzero.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
SellerZero is software that helps sellers manage advertising, listings, stock and reports for their marketplace accounts. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon.
2. Beta
The service is currently in beta and provided free of charge. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before introducing any charges, and nothing will be billed without your explicit agreement.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business whose accounts you connect.
- Keep your sign-in details secure and use two-factor authentication where required. You are responsible for activity under your account and your team's accounts.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Connected accounts and changes
- You authorise us to access the selling and advertising accounts you connect, and to apply changes that you or your team approve or that rules you create are set to apply.
- You are responsible for your advertising spend, prices, listings and the decisions you make using the service. Suggestions are not guarantees of results.
- You must follow the marketplace's own policies and agreements when using the service.
- You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting a store.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service for unlawful purposes, or to infringe others' rights;
- connect accounts you are not authorised to manage;
- attempt to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt our systems, or bypass usage limits;
- resell or provide the service to third parties without our written permission;
- upload content that is illegal, misleading or that you have no right to use.
6. Your data and content
You own your data and the content you create. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export it at any time while your account is open.
7. AI-generated content
Listing Studio can generate text and images. Review everything before publishing: you are responsible for making sure published content is accurate, lawful and follows marketplace rules.
8. Our intellectual property
The software, design and brand of SellerZero belong to Seranova Enterprise LLP. These terms give you a right to use the service, not ownership of it.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to respond to support requests at info@sellerzero.com within one working day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during the beta.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost sales, or for actions taken by marketplaces. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹10,000 during the free beta).
11. Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable. After closure, we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here, and email account owners about significant changes before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India.
